Thank You, Universe
Thank you /ˈθæŋk ˌjuː/
used to tell someone that you are grateful because they have given you something or done something for you
We often forget to say thank you.
When things don't go your way, relying on our strength alone can sometimes not be enough. External support often lifts us up, in this case, it is easy for us to thank those who help us.
When things go well, however, we tend to forget to say thank you. This happens because we are inclined to take for granted what others do for us. Most of the time we don't even notice the help we receive.
Lunch ready on the table, clean clothes, washed dishes, many small gestures tend to get lost in everyday life. We always forget to thank, especially when this help becomes routine.
We all fall into this trap, me first.
Gratitude is a powerful energy that we have within us, and that we should always remember to use on a daily basis. It is precisely from this thought that my work is born.
It arises from my need to thank the Universe, the planets, the stars, Mother Nature, space, energies and galaxies for everything I have, and everything that I sometimes underestimate.
The characteristic of my work is the marked contrast of the black outlines made by the ink. Starting with jets of colour that I dragged with pointed tools, I accentuated every detail, highlighting my vision of the whole.
Thanking the Universe helps me to appreciate the moment I am living.
“Thanks, Universe”! You often amaze me, you give me surprises, you send me small messages, but it is not always easy to understand you. When I don't understand what the Universe wants to tell me, I paint it.
And you? Do you remember to say thank you?
